Compassionate Collaboration – Simple. Casual. AND YET, beyond measure.

A demonstration of the entanglement at the base of our everyday reality. 

My mission and vision got empowered. These handful of minutes screamed: 

“Cultivate deep compassionate connections. Unite Humanity. Be Giving”

Honestly I was astonished by the vibrant energy sparking out of my conversation with Brent. And I am a people person, I “live on inspiring conversations”. The simple everyday-life approach, our very first one begun with was at the same time destined to make emerging depth and fun.

This is the feeling Change Your Heart left in my heart. Truly, a much needed feeling throughout society. 

He got me to choose a word and such a word revealed itself by becoming almost tangible during the podcast interview. There was Heart and it led us to speak of the Higher Purpose beneath the conversation. 

And when there is purpose, there must be some “state of things” to be transcended and changed. So Change Your Heart truly hit the spot, I feel grateful as you read. 

Back to that “state of things” to be transcended, I speak this from a space of almost radical belief:

“Until the day Humanity as a whole won’t get the complete understanding of the interconnectedness of all Beings and matter, suffering and pain won’t end and low vibration events and experiences are what will characterize society”.

Division. Separation. Conflict. Intolerance. I speak of these matters and many more. We are ONE HUMANITY and yet we fight over resources over this ONE PLANET belonging in equal measure to all of us as a birthright.

We think that winning the race over having more than others will grant us some ever-lasting pleasure. We based Society on “let’s deal with scarcity” and “there is not enough for everyone”. We are tight and dependent on our own creation, economy, which bases itself on competition. We have based our lives on the ego-driven and greedy TAKING. 

Guys… Let’s Unite Humanity. Let’s Be Giving!!

During the podcast episode, Brent was able to extract that fire out of me while speaking out Unity, Compassion, Kindness, Collaboration. The solutions to our problems do not stand in some equation, nor in outer space on some abundant planet (that’d be cool to visit, I mean yeheh). The solution resides within us.

Indeed, it is in our Heart and how we use it. 

And here I come to the word: MASTERMIND. It is a concept. It is used as a tool. And I chose it because it is Collaborative. It is Compassionate. It is Transcendental.

The actual definition of what a mastermind is can be attributed to Napoleon Hill, the writer of one of the most widely known self-help and success books ‘Think and Grow Rich’. I paraphrase what he says: a mastermind is the extension of your own mind. Your mind multiplied by the power of others’.

It is formed by a deliberate group who intentionally come together to help each other succeed in one’s own endeavor. 

So, if you had a Dream to make come true, a Vision to pursue, a Mission to accomplish, a business to scale, a mastermind would be that reunion where the other members deliberately GIVE you their blunt and honest experience and perspective on what you could or not do in order to get closer to your goal. 

This is Compassionate, because based on Giving to fulfil the other’s needs.

This is Collaborative, because based on a deliberate mutual exchange.

This is Transcendental, because first it is not JUST ABOUT YOU. Second, it expands your perspective, beyond yours.  

And this process gets repeated for all the participants. Imagine the energy of one group such as this one!

Wow.. I mean… REALLY!! WOULDN’T YOU JOIN ONE?!

The point here is that Mastermind truly refers to what recently has been pointed at as “Collective Genius” or “Universal Consciousness” and to the possibility to harness that power. We are powerful beyond measure and we only need to Change Our Hearts, becoming willing to both give to and receive from others.

We need to expand our Vision and nurture that Higher Purpose we all have as a birth-right. Finding it will shift the models of understanding of Life.

We have to drop our old limiting beliefs and misconceptions of “how things work”, embracing an upgraded version of those and of ourselves.

We have to take courageous* action and base our Life-strategy on Giving and Connecting and Sharing. 

I am grateful for the collaboration with Brent and the opportunity to share with you all both the following and the above. 

So, how did I make this come to Reality? I created Compassionate Collaboration (CC).

Its mission is to shift Humanity from a competitive mindset to a collaborative one, eradicating the concept of scarcity to elevate abundance.

As Founder and Visionary of this community-based organisation, I needed to make sure that our people are served and that they are growing with us. 

For this we have created different layers of participation, from “just” being active members of our FB group community, “Compassionate Collaboration: S.C.O.P.E.”, to being involved as compassionate collaborators and brand ambassadors in our “Heart-Master Entrepreneurial Network”, up to officially represent CC in its highest aspirations and values, co-creating programs and ventures under its flag, as business partner.
