The word that resonates with me is STILLNESS.
More than a word, it’s an energy that is a portal to All there is, and a space where transformative healing is possible.
The concept of Dynamic Stillness is basic to my practice as a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist. By settling into profound stillness with the client, the ever-present healing energy of the Breath of Life is invited to manifest its powerful capacity to move out the embedded effects of past physical and emotional trauma.
The presence of this Primary Respiration can be felt/sensed, as an indicator of health in the client, as the rhythmic fluidity of Potency or Chi flowing in the Cerebrospinal Fluid and throughout the body.
Holding a space of grounded zero-point frequency in support of other beings is something which is core to my consciousness. It is the type of being that I am and a vibrational frequency that largely defines my role throughout many lifetimes and personalities.
Everyone has the capacity to reach this place of profound stillness through meditative intention and heart centered focus.
From that space, all things are possible. Because, in that space, everything is connected; all beings, all organisms, all planets, the universe and ultimately the Divine Consciousness of Source Energy/Love from which we come.
In that sacred space of Stillness, we can simply Be in the knowing that…
We Are All One. All made from Love.
