Disease is a loss of FREQUENCY in the body.

I remember this wonderful podcast with Brent Smith in 2016 in Brazil: It was my very first recorded interview about my spiritual experience as a singer and I had no idea how things would evolve.

Brent was very warm and welcoming. I felt  inspired to describe the intense, inner, sensitive world music and singing could awaken within me. It was actually quite easy and I was a little surprised!

I would start with this statement :

Disease is a loss of frequency in your physical system.

I have been observing how quickly I recover from any kind of ailment when I am at a high level of energy. My intuition increases and my perception of the inner and outer world becomes more acute.

No wonder why certain kinds of music have such an incredible healing power for humans, animals and plants alike!

Imagine that we are immersed in a huge vibrational soup of all kinds of different frequencies interacting and evolving with each other constantly. This is what the universe is about, frequency and nothing else, the smallest particle is pure vibration and energy.

We are in an enchanted creation of sound, vibration is sound, and sound is colour, and colour is sound, and sound is frequency. The whole is in the whole. All is in all…

Frequencies and relationship :

Meeting someone is often a matter of similarities in frequency.

A person who is  on a lower  frequency level than you are will rarely attract your attention. We are attracted to each other by vibratory resonance.

The organized divine law of attraction sustains and gives coherence to life in all dimensions. Matter reacts the same way on a subatomic level, things get in order naturally with the beautiful law of attraction and resonance.

We are learning to discern the laws of nature I just mentioned from the egoic attraction we feel in the beginning of our adult journey: an obsession and  desperation for a mirror, reflecting what we are familiar with and what we subconsciously learned we deserve.  (I do not choose any more to be attracted by the resonance with my ego or a karmic situation. This is another topic which is more related to suffering, but yet a question of resonance…).

The magic of crystal bowls :

As soon as we connect with the crystal world, we sense the power and the  alchemy of the crystal bowl sounds.

We reach a state of consciousness far beyond our daily experience.

I felt quite amazed when I reached a peaceful, joyful, non emotional realm.

Now I can see that reactive human emotions are definitely not at the center of my pure identity as a human being: There is this peaceful lightness that feels ever opening without a sense of over excitement and hysteria.

The crystal bowls taught me to align with their frequencies. I learned to experience the calm, natural delight of the frequencies instead of becoming caught up in my strong emotions.

I can achieve a state of pure consciousness that is on a higher frequency than my strong  emotions that I felt were Me! How amazing!

I encourage you to meditate on this topic. I am enthralled by the possibility to stay centered and loving without any disturbance!

Change Your Heart (03:04): Intro

Brent Smith (05:06): My dear, Stephanie, this is the Change Your Heart podcast. I am Rex and we're here with Stephanie today. Welcome. Thank you.

Stephanie Weldon (05:16): You thank you for inviting me. It's quite an experience for me. It's the first time that I I'm sitting here and I'm, I'm a little bit, shy, but, I will overcome this, I believe so.

Brent Smith (05:30): So frequency came up.

Stephanie Weldon (05:32): Yeah, the word, the frequency, because this is, um, yeah, this is talking about my sensitivity. My, my life is about, you know, giving the sound, giving the vibration and being aware of it and being aware of what it brings into your consciousness. And, um, so that's why I was thinking about the word frequency. I'm not a scientist, I'm just an artist. And, um, uh, talking about frequency is a very, very, very large topic, but I'm gonna try to be as simple as I can. Um, and I'm going to talk about the experience was crystal ball, the alchemy crystal bowls, because the bowls bear a very specific range of frequency and the, the experience, the spiritual experience, um, was very incredible for me. Um, because you know, we we're emotional beings and we very much identify ourselves was emotion and the emotion can, can be beautiful, incredible, but it also can be very, very negative and very droning, very, um, you know, um, difficult to handle and with the crystal bowl, I, um, I experienced another level of being-ness, I would say, um, I was singing and I was listening to the crystal bowls and this was the connection was the spirit of the crystal bowls was so intense that I, the filling to really, change shift my, my way of relating to myself, like, um, I was not experiencing emotion anymore.

Stephanie Weldon (07:18): I was not being, uh, emotional about the music I was experiencing. It was beyond the realm of emotion. It was like another being another dimension.

Stephanie Weldon (07:30): Is detaching from what we know as.

Stephanie Weldon (07:32): Exactly. I was very much detached from this emotional aspect that you know, that we have. And we think that we are human. We are emotional being, and we identify ourselves to this emotion. And especially as artists, we think that this is the only way we can relate to things. And it's not true was the crystal walls. I experienced something extremely beautiful, but it was totally detached from emotion and it was gorgeous. I felt so free. So huge. Right. So uplifted, and my ego was gone. It's usually,

Brent Smith (08:16): Yes. The, uh, stepping back a little bit as far as crystal bowls, could you give me, could you give me, you know, I don't know much about it, but at the different ones, do different the different frequencies or bring you to different places?

Stephanie Weldon (08:30): Well, that's a big question because, um, yeah, they all have different frequencies. I haven't really measured, uh, because I don't have any instrument to measure the frequency, but I believe this is very, very, very high for concede vibrates. Very, very, it's very quick, you know, the crystal, they have this potential to vibrates through the cosmos, which mean that the number of vibration per second is huge. It's very, very, very huge. So, uh, when we actually work with crystals, we can emanate through the customers, any kind of thoughts or feeling, or, you know, that you want with the crystal, you can do very powerful. meditation with crystal and I know that according to the shape of the crystal, it brings a very specific frequency and I'm not a specialist, but, um, it, it has a deep, deep impact on our consciousness. Definitely.

Brent Smith (09:30): I did what I've seen as the, different size bowl for each chakra.

Stephanie Weldon (09:37): Yeah. Some, some people they use, colors and different, different size, according to chakras. But, um, my experience was my friend Nicola was a beautiful collection of Alchemy crystal bowls, um, was much more simple than that. You know, she just, you know, would play the crystal bowls and one specific crystal bowls called agua gold crystal bowls. Agua gold is a crystal that has been heated up to, I would say poof 780 degrees, something like this. And the added pieces of gold, like little flake of gold and the crystal turned blue and this crystal is very powerful. So the first time I, I, I heard that this crystal bowl, I felt so connected. It went straight through my solar plexus and it was a real communion. And then I started to sing and had no control. It was full improvisation. I was, I was half present to what was going on. I was just in this world singing and following what the spirit of the crystal was telling me. And it was huge experience.

Stephanie Weldon (10:57): Have you, how do you experience the spirit, how do you experience the alignment or the attachment to spirit when you're singing or do you not examine it ?

Stephanie Weldon (11:15): When I'm actually performing?

Stephanie Weldon (11:17): What do I experience exactly?

Stephanie Weldon (11:21): First, you know, I, I sit and then I have an audience and Nikola's playing the bowls, and I have all this inner conversation. This is called, I would say the ego, wondering how things are going to be, am I going to be good enough? Am I, you know, and then all of a sudden the spirit of the crystal gets in me and I totally forget all this personal questions I'm in the mist. I mean the full presence of what's going on and I feel so free. And then I feel, yeah, it's very powerful alignment. Like I feel I'm so tall, like I'm connected to my higher self right away, and to other level of consciousness and even get out of the emotional aspect of it, you know, that can create so much drama that even as a musician, when it's too emotional, the music is not that great. So I opened myself and I led this very subtle energy flow through me. And I'm like an instrument. I don't control anything. I'm just, and then I'm very happy because I don't control anything. And this is experience. I would, I would call it the experience of love. It's, yeah, it's a, I felt blessed to experience such a thing, you know?

Stephanie Weldon (12:43): And you were telling us earlier how the, it's hard to do a performance because you only being, um,

Stephanie Weldon (12:54): Yes, yes, I, yeah, yeah, exactly. Know what you're talking about. You know I was trained as a classical singer and I was an opera singer and my career was very short because, um, I traveled a lot and, uh, you know, I had to make choices in my life and it was not, it was not about being an opera singer. I felt like my soul was not, an opera singer, even though I had the voice for it. And because I was not too happy doing contests, working hard every day, trying to be so perfect the best and being so anxious about this technical perfection. And when I arrived here in Abadiania, I had to re-frame the old, um, attitude and way of thinking about music and how I should perform had to let go of this because it was one more time connected to the ego.

Stephanie Weldon (13:52): One more time connected to something that was not true about myself. So I decided that I would just do not prepare anything, but just sing what my heart tells me to sing. Then a specific vibration came through me and I found out that people were so much more touched because I was not trying to, to be good. I've not trained to be the best I was not trying to. And I was not afraid of being judged either. I was just so free and something happened. So I cannot prepare a concert. It's too much pressure. I cannot, you know, um, decide what I'm going to sing or decide how things are going to be. I cannot do that anymore. I just go to church and people coming and for to pray and then sit and they listen to me and whatever comes, you know, whatever inspiration comes through me, I express it, you know, whatever.

Stephanie Weldon (14:52): Yeah, it's beautiful. And of course I can sing what I've learned, know during the, my musical experience in, in the music conservatory, you know, I I've learned many, many pieces, so sometime I, you know, I, I can sing classical. I can sing mantras, I can sing Indian, native, American, Indian songs. I can sing Hebrew. It's an old, very old, song, you know, it's, you know, whatever comes and, yeah.

Stephanie Weldon (15:25): Do you feel a connection to, when the different styles of music come out, do you feel a connection to past lives or to past lives?

Stephanie Weldon (15:33): Very good question. I have this strong sensation since I'm very, very small that I had many incarnation as a native American Indian. And, um, so when I start to learn how to sing Lakota yeah. And it's, it was very powerful. I felt like this was not a new world for me. It was just a recognition of something that I was, you know, very connected to. And so it awakened my Indian soul and given me so much power also. So yeah, like I felt, you know, it's like a superposition of time. There's a, we think about the past, but it's still here. There's no time. We're all like all the past, it's all here. And even the past lives, what we experienced, it's still in another dimension. It's still here living through you. So when you can awaken this through music, this is perfect.

Stephanie Weldon (16:35): Beautiful.

Stephanie Weldon (16:39): Yes. So yeah. Talking about frequencies I have to share something. Um, it's something that I discovered a few days ago and I'm very happy. I run into this information, which is probably not new information for people or sound healer. And this probably read a lot about it, but it's a frequency. It's the note E it's 528 Hertz. And I found out that this frequency is called the frequency of love because biochemists, um, who, um, work with genetics, uh, found out that this frequency is very frequency heals. Um, the DNA, when the DNA is not in very good shape, the DNA can be healed. Was this frequency. So it's, wow. It's, it's, it's a very complex, beautiful, mysterious world, the world of frequencies.

Stephanie Weldon (17:37): Then you just, uh, you said you just learned about, or just experienced it. How did it come up?

Stephanie Weldon (17:43): I wish I experienced it? Because when I sing, I never really know what kind of frequency I'm singing. And I would love to actually be able to measure the frequency, singing to reach this 528 and see how it feels like. So maybe I've summed it in my life, but I'm not aware of it.

Stephanie Weldon (18:01): Of course you have!

Stephanie Weldon (18:02): So I run, I run into it on the web, you know, I was just, you know, doing research sound healing is my field is and I am passionate about sound healing, but I don't want to get too technical about it because, I want my mind to, to be free. I don't want to be too much frame into some, you know,

Stephanie Weldon (18:22): Trying to get that at every time. And that kind of thing. It's, it's, it's more about variety. It's more about hitting those different emotions, hitting those different spots when you're, when you are singing or even when we're talking, communicate the different frequencies. It's what was supposed to be said or what was supposed to be sung at that time for the audience or for the person you're talking to.

Stephanie Weldon (18:45): Exactly. I trust this inner wisdom, this intuitive wisdom that as, as an artist, and I know what is right to sing, and I know that's, what's coming into people's heart is what they needed to receive and it's healing and it's uplifting. I don't want to use the word healing. Um, I'm getting a bit tired of the word healing. So I would, I would say, um, re-connection with our true essence, psych, we all have a divine soul, but we disconnect because we are trapped by, um, yeah. Trapped by the conditioning or the ignorance. Sound is one way, you know, people have sensitivity to painting, knowing that colors I've had also a very, very, very, really high level of frequency. Um, so it's also very, very strong, very powerful. Yeah. It's a pleasure when I can give light to someone, because then I feel like, um, you know, it's meaningful, it's meaningful to be alive when you can share this slight.

Stephanie Weldon (20:03): Yes. It was a sort of the same experience with, with creating this, the podcast was not stressing too much on what it was going to contain, or what's going to happen, or what's going to be said just the trust and the knowing that whatever is put out there, it was meant for somebody or something at that moment of time.

Stephanie Weldon (20:26): Perfect synchronicity, perfect organization.

Stephanie Weldon (20:30): Yeah. I really liked that with the love frequency and, and with the other frequencies, just having the variety, just the variety of what it's all about, the same with the colors, the frequency in colors and things like that. It's all about variety and change and new and, and inspire

Stephanie Weldon (20:49): Exactly, exactly. It's solo. So then you see, as I'm talking to you, I observe also because I'm talking about a topic that I love that my energy level as shifted it's I feel much better because I'm, you know, talking about something that I really love. So that's what we should do every day. When we feel down, it's like, okay, you know, there's something I love, I want to talk about it. I want to share it.

Stephanie Weldon (21:18): How difficult is that though, when you wake up and you are in that mood and you are in that place and, and just forgetting that it would take one minute, one minute to think about, or to discuss or to draw, or to just to think about could change your whole entire day, but you would rather go through, I would rather go through half the day in this, in this total pain in this place before I go.

Stephanie Weldon (21:44): Yeah, it's a choice. It's actually a choice. It's also a rooted habits. We wake up with a specific mood and we think it belongs to us. We think it's us. We think it's, we have a problem. And so we hold onto it and we fight against it. And we just, it's all illusion. We can just decide to be no, it's, doesn't belong to me. I don't, you know, whether, whether, whether it's coming from outside, whether, you know, sometime we collect so much during the night and energy, which, which do not belong to us, but it's just, you know, it's part of the collective, um, yeah, the collective mind, you know, hanging in the air and we call it the fourth dimension, you know, this, this world of emotion and all this thing, you know, that wants to trap us.

Brent Smith (22:34): Stephanie, could we do, um, could we, could you talk about dreaming and nighttime? What, what frequency goes on there? What happens in our dreams or where are we?

Stephanie Weldon (22:49): Well, it's another amazing topic. And, uh, the world of dreams, is also a very, um, powerful in my life. Um, we have so many different level of dreams and, uh, I believe, and I said, I really believe that dreams I have are mainly, uh, mostly, um, advise like Oracles. You see, um, when during the daytime I'm awake, can I don't perceive quite exactly the truth about, you know, people or things during the night, my, my subconscious will deliver something very important about this experience and show me the truth about what's going on. So I'm warned or in the future, you know, if something strange might happen to me, the dream warned me, gave me symbol. So it's through symbolism, but I have to know how to interpret it. And then the next day, or a couple of days later, then the experience happens and then a more, and I know, I know that action step here sometime I do stuff.

Stephanie Weldon (24:05): Yes, of course.

Stephanie Weldon (24:08): You see? I know it's not good and I do it. So I haven't really solved that problem.

Stephanie Weldon (24:14): So you said you see it in symbols. Do you see it in or hear it and in sound, do you see, do you see different lights or what is the it's different? Yes. During the dreams or what you can remember of it in the morning?

Stephanie Weldon (24:27): I remember mostly I remember my dream and, um, sometime it's incredible because I even don't know how to differentiate the dream from my, uh, you know, from my daily life. Like when I'm awake, you know, sometimes it's a continuum, I dream something. And the next day, uh, you know, I wake up and then the dream is, keeps going. You see, it's connected. It's amazing. And I love it when it happens. It seems like I'm never really disconnected from the grid spirit. It's always whether I'm slipping or notice, it's always, you know, talking to me, it makes sense.

Stephanie Weldon (25:14): Do you integrate in the shower when you sing in the shower?

Stephanie Weldon (25:22): I never sing in the shower, but, um, yeah. And the frequency of dreams. Yeah. I know that there's some study like neuroscience, um, neuro-acoustic has been studying a lot about, you know, the, the wave gamma Delta, but, uh, and they, they do specific killing sound to help people, you know, to, uh, to relax or to enhance their intellectual activity or to get into, like, to reach the paradox soul, uh, um, level of, uh, when you drive, you know, when you sleep there is you have different stage. And the fifth stage is the deepest one. It's called a paradoxical dream. And it's where your buddy rest and is in such deep relaxation. And you, you can really recharge yourself and, and you know, this is so I know there was different frequency, according to the level of, um,

Stephanie Weldon (26:14): While you're awake, do you need to relax or feel grounded? Where do you enjoy to go? Where do you enjoy it going?

Stephanie Weldon (26:23): When I need to feel grounded?

Stephanie Weldon (26:26): I like to connect with nature because I feel safe. Where's the vegetable, trees.

Stephanie Weldon (26:38): Does, do you feel that that's at a different frequency or do you feel, what do you, what do you consider grounding?

Stephanie Weldon (26:46): What I consider grounding, I talk about sound also are like the very, very low rhythm rhythm, you know, rhythm, the low sound, very low range of the sound and rhythm can be very grounding talking about sound and music, like being in a filling the body. The third day mentioned thing, filling the flesh, filling the stumble we have. And, and yeah, this is a very important, so working with the element, the earth, um, water, um, yeah. You know, the air, the fire, all those elements are very, very grounding for me.

Stephanie Weldon (27:28): What's interesting is I sort of feel grounded or I feel, um, I could just picture downtown San Francisco, like a busy city walking down the street. And for some reason I feel grounded there, I guess, integrated in a way, is that different?

Stephanie Weldon (27:44): No. No. If you, if you feel very connected to this land and then you walking and you feel like very connected to the energy of the earth, whether it's in the city or in nature are good for you. Good for you. I have never, never been to San Francisco. It's a dream though. I'm sure it's beautiful. Beautiful. Yeah, no, the grounding, um, it's, it's very important talking about grounding because in the spiritual world, people always want to transcend. They always on to experience powerful things. They always want to feel like they have to awake to some powerful energy to understand the truth about life. And my experience is that when I I'm really in my body, um, this is where I feel the most powerful, degrading being very grounded, being accepting this third dimension, that is part of the all plan, the cosmic plan. It's not the bad one, something that needs to be transcended. So we feel, you know, lighter. No, I do not believe this anymore.

Stephanie Weldon (29:04): Yeah. I feel a little pain. When you, when you talk about that or when you experienced it, what, uh, it was, it, was it cause your experience in France?

Stephanie Weldon (29:16): Interesting. When I talk, when I talk about this, you feel pain in me. That's that's thank you. Thank you to, um, to share this. Um, very interesting. Yeah. I have to look at it. Definitely. The incarnation is as a challenge for me and uh, yeah. I need to look into this.

Stephanie Weldon (29:37): Accepting, accepting the third accepting, accepting and integrating more. Yeah, probably.

Stephanie Weldon (29:47): Yeah, because, um,

Stephanie Weldon (29:49): I didn't mean to go there.

Stephanie Weldon (29:54): That's perfect. Yeah, it's a, it's really means that there's still like something in me that really needs to accept more and integrate more or does this, um, yeah. This body and this life, uh, in this dimension as well. Yeah. Yeah. It's so much to, so much, so much going on.

Stephanie Weldon (30:17): Do you think it has to do with, um, your, your needing to be, especially with your music, just being in the perfect place at the perfect time to be able to sing or to do that and, and integrating that into everyday things? Or is that too far out there that was too far out there? Um, be more spontaneous.

Stephanie Weldon (30:40): Yeah. Being more spontaneous. So reviewing your question to make sure that I really understood where you want to go. Uh, you asked me if I need to be in a specific place or a specific state of mind to be able to perform and feel spontaneous or do.

Stephanie Weldon (31:05): I would say yeah because I'm not a machine, we're not a machine and we're highly sensitive people and we need to feel safe. We need to feel connected. We need to, especially artists, you know, we need to feel really good to perform. I need to feel this connection each time. I didn't feel like a good connection with the higher frequency or I would say the source. I dare to say the source and when I do perform, and I know I'm very tired and I'm not, it can be really so, so, and I'm not happy with myself and I don't think it's connected to my ego. It's just because I have this sense that I have not expressed, um, this gift I have not expressed, uh, well, uh, what I should express. So yeah, you need to feel really good. It's very important. Yeah,

Stephanie Weldon (32:03): Of course. I feel in a way, um, we're opposite. It's it feels like I'm more in a, uh, let's just use dimension for a second, but I don't really even understand it, but I feel like more the third and it's difficult for me to, to go outside the box type of thing. And it seems like you are sort of outside the box and it's difficult to integrate with the third. Does that make sense?

Stephanie Weldon (32:30): Yeah, that makes sense very well. Yeah. That's lucky you, but it's not so it's,

Stephanie Weldon (32:38): Well, I say lucky you,

Stephanie Weldon (32:44): Um, exactly. Um, my, I, I would say that my, my, um, my work, if I could find another word, that's a, that's the only word that comes up. Uh, my work is to really, um, bring the spirits into matter the, the sky into the earth. And, uh, and sometime, um, you know, for Maya, I am the wind, you know, my astrology, I am the wind. I transmit the spirit, the breath. I'm like the wind really, you know, I'm like the wind and the wind, you cannot catch the wind. You cannot catch the wind. So imagine this, the wind having to stay in one body, it's a pain. And the reason why I sing it's because I can fly. I can be the wind one more time. And if I don't do that, I die.

Stephanie Weldon (33:42): Beautiful, incredible.

Stephanie Weldon (33:50): For you, art might be the, you know, my be also very good medium for you to, you know, to reach the sky because, I can see that you have a very powerful, insight that can connect you to your highest self. So it shouldn't be, it shouldn't be a problem.

Stephanie Weldon (34:18): It shouldn't be a problem. Yeah. Art is good. And kind of art.

Brent Smith (34:24): What is the frequency of wind?

Stephanie Weldon (34:29): Oh my God. Frequency of wind. I think it's the wind. It's, it's like a voice. It has many frequencies, any kind of frequencies, you know, the wind blows and can blow so powerful and he can be so sharp and can be so low. It can be, it's also very playful,

Stephanie Weldon (34:56): Playful, playful. Yeah.

Stephanie Weldon (34:59): You know, sometime the, when it comes into your house and slam the door,

Stephanie Weldon (35:06): All the papers are flying around and you pick them up and then the wind again, does it. And you have to let go sometime the wind just play very playful and very powerful Indians. Native Indians are things it's a great wisdom. You know, it's a very, very beautiful being through the ween, talking to human beings,

Stephanie Weldon (35:33): What do you do to play, to play, to play, to have fun, to enjoy?

Stephanie Weldon (35:40): I don't organize thing. I don't know why I don't plan anything. Yeah. I am not this person who will plan things and then, you know, do it, it comes or it doesn't. And, some evening, you know, it's, the energy is here. And then I sing, like, by example, I've been doing, um, chanting in a, in a Buddhist to house and after, you know, being so after the meditation, I feel very, very centered and filled with such beautiful loving energies. And then I sing and I'm having lots of fun, just, you know, transmitting through my voice and through the sound, the energy I received, you see, it's like channeling, channeling, um, a frequency or many frequencies channeling.

Stephanie Weldon (36:34): Do you feel once you, once you feel that connection, is it for an extended amount of time? Do you feel like you bring that vibration, bringing that frequency to the conversations you have a later?

Stephanie Weldon (36:47): Yeah, exactly. I do believe that, uh, if I'm connected to a specific frequency or a specific energy, I will, through my voice, transmit it and different spirit.

Stephanie Weldon (37:03): Yeah. For an extended amount of time as well. Not just for that moment.

Stephanie Weldon (37:10): Um, it could be for that moment, or it could last few days. And then if I'm impregnated by another energy, another spirit, um, then I give it, I share it, but it's not me deciding, it's like an impulsion you're talking about, spontaneity, spontaneity. Yeah. This is the right word in English. Um, yeah. It's, you know, when you're like being spontaneous, you're being true. You're just following the flow and this is right. And then you're not bored with yourself because you're following, you know the flow and it's all natural. It's. Yeah. It's beautiful. I don't know why I don't do that every day.

Stephanie Weldon (38:00): Is the, uh, is the wind attracted to, were you attracted to flying? Are you attracted to water? Are you attracted to mountains?

Stephanie Weldon (38:10): The mountains. I'm very attracted to just the size and the strength and the power. Yeah.

Stephanie Weldon (38:17): There's such a strong power. I love the water, but yeah, the mountains have given me a sensation of great freedom and power. I love it. Yeah. The mountains to me. Yeah. Much more than just going to the beach or sitting next to the river. It's all nice. But the mountains. Yeah. Which more where you normally live in

Brent Smith (38:41): France? Was it near the mountains? No.

Stephanie Weldon (38:45): No, I haven't. I mean, you know, I've been living in Amazonia for many years. Uh, so we don't have really the mountains, but the forest, and I'm also very, very sensitive to the spirit of the forest. I feel safe in the forest. Yeah. Yeah. Very much. And I've experienced incredible things in the first, also as a medium. Yeah. Because it's very, very, you know, bitted, you know, it's very down swirled. It's not just the spirit of the trees.

Stephanie Weldon (39:15): Oh yeah.

Stephanie Weldon (39:17): So the forest. Very uplifting,

Brent Smith (39:22): Beautiful frequency. Do you have anything else to...

Stephanie Weldon (39:25): Say about frequency? One message. Yes. About frequency, you know, frequency. It's very interesting because it's, like a game, whatever frequency would decide to be in touch with, we have the choice to decide in which frequency we want to be. And according to this frequency, the whole rant of perception will shift. So if we're in low frequency, we will perceive the world connected to this frequency. If we decide to shift the frequency higher frequency, then the perception is much more subtle. And it's so much more. So though that we see, we see light beings, we see things that were invisible before. And so nothing is invisible. It's just related to the level of frequency we're in. And if your frequency goes higher and higher and higher, higher, which mean, you know, like the number of vibration per second goes up up up, you empower yourself and you see the multidimensional level in which every human being is, this is powerful. And then it makes sense. Life makes sense. When you really you know, play with this,

Stephanie Weldon (40:50): Your vision gets clear, it gets more and more pixels and it just becomes more defined and more

Stephanie Weldon (40:56): Because yeah, so frequency, it's like in the core of life, since we are, you know, in the world of vibration, everything vibrates. And we have to, to learn this, how to vibrate correctly, to be in touch with the life we want to have,

Stephanie Weldon (41:16): And even being in touch with the different frequencies, just knowing that you can go to the top one whenever you want

Stephanie Weldon (41:23): And changes. Yeah. Because this is the game, you know, we can't stay all the time. Even the same level of consciousness, we go up and down. We, you know, even beautiful light beings. I believe they go into darkness, you know, to experience, to help to enlighten, it's up and down. So that's a big, big mystery, but I'm not, um, I'm not afraid of the lower frequency it's part of life it's, uh, as a whole, so it's okay. Yeah. So of course, you know, the healing frequencies 528, remember that number? Yeah. There, there are many other numbers, uh, that creates a specific state of mind or give you a specific healing and you can find all this on internet. And I don't think it's very useful for me to talk about things that everybody can read.

Brent Smith (42:21): We need to find you a machine to measure all the frequencies of when you would be so wound of something you can keep in your purse. So you can just pull it out at any time when you're feeling inspired.

Stephanie Weldon (42:35): Exactly. That would be nice. Yeah. To have like also a recording studio where I could just like, you know, doing improvisation because I haven't been recording myself for so long. And sometime I think that maybe I should, you know, I should share more.

Brent Smith (42:52): I hope this is an introduction or a motivation or pushes you to do that more.

Stephanie Weldon (42:59): Definitely. Yeah. You're giving me the energy.

Brent Smith (43:03): Thank you so much for joining me.

Stephanie Weldon (43:05): You're welcome. Thank you so much for inviting me and giving you the space to be fully myself, and to express whatever, whatever I needed to express it.

Brent Smith (43:15): Thank you everybody for joining us. We'll see you on the next episode on the Change Your Heart Podcast.
